How SISALMONI collects, uses and protects personal data.

No data protection officer has been appointed.
We collect only what the service needs. Three sets of data, each with its own purpose.

We do not sell or rent your data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not profile you, and no decision about you is taken automatically. The site sets no advertising or analytics cookie: the only cookie used is the one that keeps you signed in.
Your data is shared only with the providers needed to run the service, each acting on our instructions and bound by contract: our payment service provider, which handles card payments and never gives us your card number; our hosting and database providers, located in the European Union; and our email provider, for the messages the service sends you.
We disclose data to a public authority only where the law requires it.
Account data is kept for as long as your account is open. When your account is closed, it is deleted within thirty (30) days, except for what accounting law requires us to keep.
The record of your acceptance of the terms is kept for the term of the contract and five (5) years thereafter, which is the period during which a dispute about the contract may arise.
Connection logs are kept for twelve (12) months.
Invoices are kept for ten (10) years, as required by Article L. 123-22 of the French Commercial Code.
Your data is hosted in the European Union. It is not transferred outside the European Union.
You may ask us for a copy of your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to its use, and receive it in a portable form. Write to support@financeagri.com and we will answer within one month.
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, 3 place de Fontenoy, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, cnil.fr.
Access to the service requires a password that you choose and that we never see in clear. Data is encrypted in transit. Access to the database is restricted to the people who need it to run the service, and every access is logged.
If we change this policy in a way that affects you, we will tell you by email at least thirty (30) days beforehand, and the date below will change.
